Senior Regional Manager

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong relationships, and effectively managing a diverse team.

$85,000 - $110,000 yearly

• Regional Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve business objectives within the Atlanta market and neighboring regions.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities for expansion and growth, develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, and increase market share.
• Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of regional staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management, to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks, and make informed business decisions.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the region to meet with clients, attend meetings, and oversee operations in various locations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (5 years) in a senior leadership role, preferably within the [industry] sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
