We are seeking a Retail Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:

- Write Schedules
- New Hire Packets/ADP Compliance
- Payroll
- Merchandise
- Coordinate & Work Events
- Strong Sales
- Maintain Store Aesthetic
- Coordinate Photo Shoots
- POS Shopify Experience
- Resolve Escalated Customer Complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
