Location: Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Retail Assistant to support daily store operations, customer service, phone coverage, and inventory management. This is a hands-on role focused on assisting customers, keeping the showroom organized, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Manager with inventory management, merchandising products in the showroom, maintaining accurate pricing and price tags on equipment, tracking receipt of parts, documenting updates in customer profiles, and assisting with general retail operations.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers with product questions and service needs.
  • Assist with equipment rentals, including booking hospital beds, mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts, and other equipment.
  • Keep the showroom organized, stocked, clean, and customer-ready.
  • Assist with transactions, orders, and basic paperwork as needed.
