We are hiring for a Retail Customer Service Associate to join our Orlando team. This is an entry-level, customer-facing position. The ideal person is someone that enjoys talking with people, helping customers, and learning new skills in a team environment.Â
In this role, you will speak with customers in person, answer basic questions, explain available products and services, and assist with new customer sign-ups.Â
Paid training is provided. Previous experience is not required.Â
What You’ll Do
- Greet and speak with customers face-to-face
- Answer questions in a friendly and professional way
- Explain product and service options clearly
- Help customers with new account sign-ups
- Follow daily training and simple customer service procedures
- Work with the team to meet daily goals
- Maintain a positive and reliable attitude
