About Us:
Jennifer Miller is a rapidly growing boutique jewelry company, headquartered on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. We currently have 5 boutiques: Upper East Side, Southampton NY, East Hampton NY, Palm Beach Florida and Soutbeach Miami. Jennifer Miller specializes in fine and faux jewelry and accessories for the chicest women in the world!
Responsibilities
We are looking for summer sales associates for our Southampton location. Seasonal positions can develop into full time positions.
The sales associate is a valuable member of the Jennifer Miller team. This person will contribute to the team in the in the following capacities:
-Consistently meeting or exceeding the financial, operational, and visual expectations of Jennifer Miller.
-Achieving an environment for our clients that is reflective of the Jennifer Miller aesthetic and company values.
-Developing a comprehensive level of product knowledge and successfully translating this information to our clients.
-Generating sales through effective client building and contributing to the growth of the Jennifer Miller client base.
-Consistently maintaining upbeat energy and pace on the sales floor.
-Maintaining a high level of awareness and concern for inventory control and loss prevention
Requirements:
This position requires previous retail experience at the luxury or contemporary market. The candidate must be able to work weekends, must be available from Memorial Day through Labor Day or more.
Bonus Points:
Knowledge of the Hamptons client is a plus.
