Customer Service Representative (CSR)

What matters most as a customer service representative:
- Pay starts at $19 / hour, negotiable for the right experience and qualifications
- 6-month contract opportunity with potential for extension and access to benefits including medical, dental, and vision
- A hybrid schedule for a flexible and supportive environment must be within 50 miles of Wayne, PA
- Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm schedule
Your new role as a customer service representative:
- Answer incoming customer calls and process account change requests
- Process requests for lease documentation and fee waiver requests
- Perform account audits and reconciliations
- Process cancellation requests and process payments
- Add or adjust purchase orders, outside vendor requests, and due dates
Your experience to be a customer service representative:
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Experience in financial services is a plus
