Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. At Smarter with Achieve, the SDR team manages multiple inbound lead segments interested in different lines of business. These segments include leads interested in our trial subscriber program, scheduling advisory consultation appointments with Business Development Manager (BDM), and direct to consumer start now leads.

As a member of this growing team, you will qualify both B2B and B2C opportunities. You will serve as the traffic manager, ensuring each lead is passed along to the appropriate next step in the sales funnel.

Roles & Responsibilities

Be a hunter and build your sales pipeline
Make 50-100 prospect contacts per day
Using SMS, email, LinkedIn Messenger and phone to reach each contact
Run discovery calls and collect critical information
Actively manage inbound leads
Input to increase trial subscriber conversion rates
Close deals independently
Answer questions about product and service features
Seamlessly transition qualified leads to Business Development Managers

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience

At least 3 years of sales experience
Exceptional communication skills
Positive attitude and highly motivated to reach/exceed quota
Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow their career
Willingness to work as a team
Expert level skills with tech-based communication tools
Minimum Associates degree
Genuine people
