A Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our Sales Team. The position requires a passion to succeed and the desire to be part of a winning team. If you are a goal-oriented individual looking to begin your career in technology sales, then we'd love to meet you! Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic and the desire to not only meet sales targets but to also exceed them.
Please note that this role requires fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and English.
The hours for this role are 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST. You'll start your day working from home from 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM, then transition to the office from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. This role requires in-office attendance Monday through Thursday, with Fridays fully remote.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective clients through phone (cold and warm calls) and email outreach
  • Conduct research to identify key stakeholders and generate interest in target accounts
  • Overcome objections and successfully nurture prospects through the sales funnel
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with potential clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed qualified opportunity quotas on a consistent basis
  • Provide feedback to support continuous data integrity and process improvement

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English and German (C1 level or higher)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening abilities
  • Confident in delivering compelling presentations
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Self-motivated and persistent, with a drive to achieve and exceed goals
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. The base salary for this role is currently $50,000. Variable compensation: In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for a variable bonus based on attainment of quota and performance targets.
