About the Job

Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent Greece | Remote (within Greece) / Athens (Relocation) | Start Date: March / April / May

Are you a native-level Danish speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2–C2) and looking to grow your career with a well-established global digital services company? This is a full-time customer support role serving international users in Danish and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve account, service, and general support queries
  • Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience
  • Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Danish proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
  • English proficiency B2–C2
  • Customer service experience advantageous
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens if required
