The Operations Specialist helps drive continuous improvement, supports key administrative and compliance functions, and works collaboratively across teams to enhance daily operations. What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like as an Operations Specialist
  • Provide recommendations, suggestions, and innovative ideas to improve operational processes across the organization
  • Provide support to specific community locations as needed
  • Assist the Director of Operations with developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
  • Participate in an on-call rotation

Operational Support Responsibilities Include:

  • Software and systems support
  • Medicaid claims assistance
  • Care plan oversight support
  • Expense report analysis
  • Rent certificate creation
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Reliable transportation to travel between communities
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
