What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating new sales opportunities and starting conversations with prospective customers.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound sales calls to prospective businesses
  • Researching companies and identifying potential opportunities
  • Connecting with business decision-makers
  • Qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for the sales team
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records in HubSpot
  • Learning about IT services, cybersecurity, and technology solutions
  • Partnering with sales and marketing teams to generate pipeline

This role is about starting relationships, asking great questions, and opening doors for the sales team.

Compensation & Career Growth


First 3 months (Ramp Period):

  • $2,500/month during training and onboarding

After successful completion of ramp:

  • $49,500 base salary
  • $60,000–$70,000 estimated first-year OTE

You do not need previous technology sales experience. We are looking for someone who is sharp, coachable, motivated, and excited to build a career in sales.

  • Previous cold calling experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Experience making outbound sales calls and creating conversations with new prospects
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
  • A track record of reliability, strong tenure, and/or career progression
  • Natural curiosity and ability to learn quickly
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take coaching
  • Comfort handling rejection and staying persistent
