IT Technician

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision and direction of the IT Manager or Designee, the IT Technician is responsible for operating the IT help desk and maintaining the physical network. Will install, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications, troubleshoot telephone problems, voice mail and e-mail account and assist with Company web-site. The IT Technician will also help staff to effectively use computer resources through training and technical direction and create training manuals.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum two years' experience in information systems.
