Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Marketing and Customer Service Sales Manager to join our Sterling Heights, MI team! This is an in office position where you will be responsible for customer service related instances, while creating and overseeing marketing campaigns, policies, and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends

· Determine product demand and customer awareness

· Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment

· Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities

· Review and optimize marketing budget

· Monitor and report on customer satisfaction

· Upselling, contracting, or re-contracting new and existing marketing products and services, commercial voice, equipment, and data plans utilizing various telecommunication service providers on behalf of A&S Telecom Consulting

· Appointment selling and referral business to A&S Telecom Consulting

· Oversee and maintain all quality assurance and customer service efforts to new, existing, and future A&S customers within the organizations

· Develop, manage, and oversee various CRM and marketing campaign efforts

· Managing and overseeing various teams of field service engineers/technicians and contractors for steering an efficient environment and implementation of all projects and service tickets while also personally completing the end-to-end process of designing, implementing, programming, and documenting customer network and telecom equipment. Responsibility to trouble shoot issues with various A&S departments, customers, contractors, and carriers for quick resolutions and escalations

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in Hubspot CRM System

· Previous experience in marketing or other related fields

· Experience in a managerial role

· Experience in a customer service role

· Strong project management skills

· Strong leadership qualities

· Deadline and detail-oriented
