About The Role
This is the start of something BIG! As a sales manager for our CRM product (our fastest-growing product line), you will be responsible for building, growing, and developing the very best CRM sales team by providing expert-level industry and sales knowledge, while coaching, training, and focusing on process improvement.
The ideal candidate will value transparency and diversity, be driven to success, constantly curious, and have a passion for collaborating with, developing, and helping others. You should excel in building new teams while coaching experienced Account Executives on selling a CRM product suite.

Your Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales management
  • 3+ years of experience selling a CRM SaaS solution
  • Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle management & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required. Partnership experience is a plus!
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute. This is the start of a large-scale build-out
  • Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position against competitors
  • Demonstrate a strong adherence to process, with a passion for process improvement
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Track record of success being a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive
  • BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $165,000-$215,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
