Job details:

  • 10+ years of enterprise solution architecture or senior technical lead experience, with 5+ years in CRM architecture or large CRM transformations.
  • Hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Insights), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Practical experience migrating from Salesforce to Dynamics 365 or equivalent cross-platform CRM migrations.
  • Strong data architecture and migration experience: mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and tooling.
  • Deep knowledge of integration patterns and middleware (APIs, Azure Integration Services, message buses).
  • Proven experience with Azure services, identity platforms (Azure AD, ADFS), and cloud-native deployment patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills ability to present complex technical designs to executives and hands-on teams.
  • Certifications PL200, PL400, PL600, MB210, MB220, MB230, MB240 preferred
