What is a relationship manager?

Relationship managers are professionals who work to build and maintain strong relationships between a company and its clients or customers. They act as the main point of contact, addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Relationship managers often work in industries like banking, finance, and sales, where ongoing client engagement is crucial for business success. Their role may also involve identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with other departments to deliver tailored solutions.
