In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with customers, provide personalized financial solutions, and create a welcoming experience that reflects who we are as a community bank. What You'll Do:
  • Build lasting customer relationships by understanding financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
  • Provide exceptional service by creating a positive and personalized experience for every customer.
  • Meet with customers to identify opportunities and provide solutions that support their financial goals.
  • Open new accounts, assist with account maintenance, and ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Represent the bank at community events and participate in local networking opportunities.
  • Support team initiatives and complete special projects and assignments as needed.
Who We're Looking For:

Preferred Experience:
  • 1+ year of banking experience, or

Role Details:
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
  • Part-time team members must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Saturday hours are scheduled on a rotating basis.
