A prominent healthcare clinic in the Memorial City area is teaming up with Team1Medical to seek a Procedure Scheduler to aid the clerical and administrative staff with scheduling and coordinating procedures requested by the physicians in the clinic. Procedure Scheduler’s Responsibilities

Coordinate the surgical schedule for the physicians.
Receive requests from physician offices.
Schedule procedures according to the established guidelines.
Inform doctors and patients of any changes.

Procedure Scheduler’s Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Previous experience in obtaining authorizations for procedures or diagnostic imaging is required.
One (1) year of experience in a medical setting is highly recommended.
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
