Accountant / Human Resources

We are looking for an Accountant / Human Resources to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team

• Ensures files are complete and maintained as needed

• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.

• Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
• Compile and sort invoices and checks.
• Issue checks for accounts payable.
• Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
• Record charges and refunds.
• Compile Monthly/Yearly P&L reports
• Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
• Provide front desk customer service.
• File and tally deposits.
• Match invoices to work orders.
• Process bills for payment.
• Arrange bank deposits.
• Utilize Sage 50 / ERP Accounting Systems
• Contact customers with delinquent accounts.
• Reconcile monthly bank/credit card accounts
• Oversee Human Resources Department

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting and human resources are required
• Fundamental knowledge of Human Resources
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
