Healthcare Enrollment Representative II, Bilingual in any language (REMOTE - NY)

We are looking to hire a candidate with the experience and skill sets mentioned for one of our major clients within the Health Insurance industry. This is a REMOTE role. This is a 4-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extensions.

*This position is fully remote. However, candidates must live in NY.

*The schedule will be 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST.

Job Summary/Responsibilities:

• Receive referrals from referral sources.
• Verify prospective members eligibility.
• Educate prospective members on the services we provide and the enrollment process.
• Handle inbound calls as well as complete outbound calls.
• Work closely with the clinical team and schedule intake nurses.
• Enter referrals.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Review long-term services with prospects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience/Education:

• 2+ years of experience.
• Experience handling referrals (50-75 referrals a day).
• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Bilingual in any language is Preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Microsoft Suite.
• Must have a NY State DMV ID.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Other job specifications:

• Employment Type: Contract to Hire (CTH), W2 only. NO C2C.
• Contracting Period: 4-month contracting opportunity with the possibility of extensions.
• Job Location: This position is fully remote. However, candidates must live in NY.
• The schedule: Will be 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST.
• Contract Rate: $19/hr. on W2.
• Interview Process: 1-Interview (Microsoft Teams Meeting).
