Job Summary:
As a Partnership Success Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing strategic partnerships with external organizations, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Netchex's solutions. Your role will involve sourcing, onboarding, and providing ongoing support to new and existing partner relationships, while also providing enablement to field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute a partner campaign to drive 25 new partner meetings every week that you will set for the field reps
Meet activity metrics and KPIs - partner outreach to 250 partners/week to drive 25 new partner meetings
Partnering with strategic reseller partners to enable their sales teams to close deals
Collaborate across the partnership team to increase partners and associations and referred deals from those
Partner with marketing and channel leaders to create sales enablement content that drives meetings and referrals
Manage all partner onboarding via Partnerstack – this includes development of partnership program initiatives, including partner onboarding, enablement materials, and best practice sharing.
Understanding partner needs and goals, and providing proactive support, guidance, and training to drive their adoption and utilization of Netchex solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to ensure seamless partner experiences and successful outcomes.
Tracking partner-related metrics and reporting on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Participating in industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote Netchex's partnership program and establish strong industry relationships.
Managing partner contracts, agreements, and documentation, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
Ensuring partner satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing partner concerns, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional support and service.
Perform other related duties assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience in managing partner relationships and driving mutual growth and revenue generation.
Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with external organizations.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
Ability to travel occasionally for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
