Assistant Manager, Perioperative (RN)-CA

HCT seeks an experienced nurse professional to serve as the Interim Assistant Manager, Perioperative, for a 77 bed hospital in Northern California.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversight of team, maintaining moral and team engagement, collaboration with other leaders and improving patient optimization
• Managing, coordinating, and monitoring the entire perioperative patient care delivery system for OR, PACU, Same Day Surgery, Sterile Processing, Endoscopy, Wound Care, Infusion, Pain Clinic
• Administration of fiscal, materials management, regulatory and human resources management
• Oversight approximately 80 FTEs

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of operating room leadership experience combined with direct, clinical experience working in the OR.
• License: State of California RN license
• Certifications: AHA BLS required; CNOR preferred
• Computer Skills: EMR experience (EPIC preferred)and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.)

Expenses are covered while on assignment including housing, airfare, and rental car.
