$20 - $22 hourly

• Lead and supervise the restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations at Residence Inn Downtown Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD.
• Manage inventory levels effectively and place orders to replenish supplies as needed.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting revenue for the restaurant.

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
