Our firm is hiring a litigation attorney with at least 4 years of automobile negligence/premises liability litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be looking to enhance their career growth and be hard working to achieve such goals. $134,500 base salary + per case commissions

• Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action
• Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice
• Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff
• Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations
• Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently

• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitration and depositions

• Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
• Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
• Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam
• Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base

• Florida Bar license
