Position Title: Litigation Associate Attorney

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 / Year DOE
Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of 10-25 cases, focusing on complex litigation matters
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies
  • Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documentation for cases
  • Engage in discovery processes, including document reviews
  • Consult with clients and maintain effective communication throughout the litigation

Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience
  • Experience in General Civil Litigation; environmental law is preferred
  • Strong writing skills are essential

  • Deposition experience is preferred
