Position Title: Hybrid Litigation Associate Attorney
The Litigation Associate Attorney position offers a unique opportunity to engage in complex legal cases within a collaborative environment. This role is essential for managing a diverse caseload, which includes high-stakes litigation involving significant financial implications. The associate will work closely with senior partners and other associates, gaining valuable insights and guidance throughout the litigation process. Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 / Year DOE
Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of 10-25 cases, focusing on complex litigation matters
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies
  • Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documentation for cases
  • Engage in discovery processes, including document reviews
  • Consult with clients and maintain effective communication throughout the litigation

Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:
  • 1+ years of litigation experience
  • Experience in General Civil Litigation required; environmental law is preferred
  • Strong writing skills are essential
  • Graduated from an accredited law school
  • Active Bar membership in California

  • Deposition experience is preferred
  • Candidates with senior experience considered
