$160,000 – $225,000+

A highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Sarasota office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in handling complex business disputes, commercial litigation, contract disputes, and other civil litigation matters in a collaborative and growing practice.

Ideal Background

3–6 years of litigation experience
• Experience handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Experience with commercial litigation, business disputes, professional liability, construction, employment, or general civil litigation matters preferred
• Ability to independently manage matters while working collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage an active caseload
• Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Active Florida bar admission required
