What are some common challenges faced by litigation lawyers during the discovery phase of a case?

Litigation lawyers often encounter challenges during the discovery phase, such as managing large volumes of documents, handling tight deadlines, and ensuring compliance with complex procedural rules. Their work can involve both defending against lawsuits and initiating legal action on behalf of their clients.
