Job description

National law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Cleveland. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of litigation matters including commercial disputes, contract breaches, and other complex legal issues. This position requires strong legal research and writing skills, courtroom experience, and the ability to manage cases from inception through trial and appeal. The Litigation Attorney will collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes and ensure high-quality legal representation.

Requirements

  • Jurisdictions’ Bar Admission and a valid law license in Ohio
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in litigation or related legal practice.
  • Proven experience managing complex litigation cases.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
