Manufacturing Production Manager

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Establish Milestones and coordinate with operations and supply chain timely progress of PCA builds.

· Coordinate and conduct real time trouble shooting in consultation with engineering

· Own PCA projects from beginning to end.

· Follow up with procurement on material shortages

· Oversee build progress, including coordination of in process inspection, and testing

· Guide operation teams on tactical details of execution, including training on work centers

· Coordinate with planning to ensure are milestones of the product build are being followed

· Utilize the knowledge of sheet metal and refrigeration to create optimized operation sequence

· Track daily and hourly progress of build as needed, resolve and remove obstacles and report progress to the plant manager.

· Utilize refrigeration systems knowledge to train people on AC unit build concepts.

Project manager -PCA will manage and coordinate the PCA production and supply chain to ensure on time delivery and defect free PCA units

Required Skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Problem solving skills.

· Knowledge of refrigeration systems, production of air conditioning or Air handling unit

· Knowledge of functionality of refrigeration system components

· Familiar with special processes such as welding and brazing

· Knowledge of refrigerants

· Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and P& ID is a plus.

Job Description

· 5+ years active role in production and manufacturing or design of AC systems

· Knowledge of manufacturing systems.

· 5+ years experience in project management in manufacturing environment
