Orlans Group is seeking a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our dynamic and growing law firm and real property focused companies. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide Help Desk Level 1, 2 and 3 Support for applications and hardware.
· Provide hands on assistance for remote infrastructure projects working with remote team members.
· Provide backup support duties remotely to other locations.
· Provide technical support for all hardware including but not limited to: desktops, laptops, copiers, scanners, desk and cell phones, and tablets.
· Deploy hardware for all break-fix issues.
· Create User accounts and applicable security necessary for specific positions.
· Set up and deploy equipment (PC and phones) for new and existing employees.
Job Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
· Prefer three years' experience in providing personal computer support including implementing, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft windows environments.
· Working knowledge of IT ticketing systems.
· High degree of customer service skill is required.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills are required.
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical relocation of PC's, Monitors, and Printers.
· High level of attention to detail is required.
· Must be an independent worker within a team environment to succeed.
· Position is in our Troy, MI office, may have the ability to work from home 1 day per week
