Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Helping patients with mobility by transferring them from beds to wheelchairs or assisting them with walking.
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any significant changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves or need assistance with eating.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, including keeping patient rooms tidy and sanitized.
