Assisted Living Administrator / Manager (ALM)

About GrandView Gardens GrandView Gardens is a boutique Assisted Living and Memory Care provider offering high-acuity, personalized care under Registered Nurse oversight. We operate with professional, standardized systems and a strong focus on compliance, quality, and resident dignity.

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Assisted Living Administrator / Manager to oversee daily operations across our boutique portfolio. This role ensures regulatory compliance, staff leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily assisted living operations and ensure survey-ready compliance
  • Lead, train, and manage caregiving staff
  • Maintain compliance with Texas HHSC Title 26, Chapter 553
  • Collaborate with RN oversight on care plans and medication protocols
  • Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and operational systems
  • Serve as primary contact for residents and families

Qualifications

  • Texas Assisted Living Manager License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • 3–5+ years leadership experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
  • Proven team leadership, budgeting, and operational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare Admin, Business, or related)
