As Assisted Living Director you are instrumental in shaping the culture of the facility. Your work will ensure our tenants receive the high standard of living and care they have grown to expect at Mulberry PlaceIndependent & Assisted Living Apartments by overseeing all aspects of the independent & assisted living campus. This includes managing the services offered and provided to tenants; the upkeep of the overall campus; and supervising as well as assisting staff to maintain high quality measures. Our tenants will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, a High School diploma or equivalent and completion of post-secondary level course(s) in business and/or marketing; Assisted Living Manager certification preferred, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human relations, marketing, business, or another work-related field. Licensure or certification as a healthcare professional or paraprofessional is preferable.
