Assisted Living Manager | Full-Time Leadership Opportunity
Lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact every day.
Azura Memory Care of Fox Point is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Manager to help support the daily operation and continued success of our community.
Working closely with the Executive Director, this position helps strengthen operational performance, support Team Members, maintain regulatory compliance, and create an exceptional experience for residents and families.
Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's leadership experience, education, industry knowledge, and overall qualifications. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
What You Will Do
Partner with the Executive Director to support daily community operations
Help maintain regulatory compliance and continued survey readiness
Lead, coach, and support Team Members
Promote accountability, communication, and strong Team Member engagement
Assist with operational planning, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives
Help address resident and family questions or concerns
Coordinate priorities across community departments
Identify opportunities to improve operational consistency and service quality
Promote a positive, resident-centered culture
