Aqueous Vets® (AV®) is seeking talented, capable applicants to fill several key roles for our growing organization.
AV is a vertically integrated company that manufactures pressure vessels and water treatment systems to address contaminated groundwater impacted with emerging contaminates (PFOA/PFOS, VOC's, fuels, 1,2,3-TCP, TOC, Chrome 6, and Arsenic). Based in Redding, California, our capabilities include design and engineering, system manufacturing, system installation, startup services, and site civil construction. Our integrated system approach allows AV the ability to deliver the entire treatment system from the influent to effluent flanges on the treatment pad, creating more value for our clients and the end-user.
This role will be a full time role reporting directly to the General Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe work environment with a constant safety focus
- Directly manage production schedule with the Manufacturing Manager to ensure on time delivery
- Responsible for maintaining all schedule changes and communication between Operations and Engineering
- Responsible for managing all production related transactions within Business Central (ERP/MRP)
- Responsible for creating, updating, and closing all production orders
- Responsible for demand planning and evaluating all material requirements
- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure material availability
- Coordinate with third party vendors for coating/lining/plating or any external operations
- Support materials management and inventory controls as required
Education and/or Experience:
We are seeking a team player who can grow with our company.
- Must have high school diploma
- Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree or 5-7 years equivalent experience preferred
- Must have minimum 2-3 years manufacturing experience specifically in Demand Planning and Scheduling, 3-5+ years preferred
- Experience within an MRP/ERP such as SAP or Oracle, Business Central preferred,
- Exposure to ASME code pressure vessel fabrication preferred
Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and background check and must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

Technical Skills
- Safety-oriented, focus on staying safe every day
- Must be knowledgeable in Scheduling and Planning functions
- Business Central system experience is a plus
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of computer system acumen including Microsoft suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple orders simultaneously
- Takes initiative to proactively ensure all schedules, planning, and materials are on time
