Job Description

Visa's Technology Management organization is seeking an Analyst to support the Demand Management function within our third-party technology management practice. In this role, you will help manage the lifecycle of technology demand across hardware, software, and services-partnering with technology stakeholders to track, plan, and execute Visa's multi-year technology strategy and budget.

The Work Itself:

  • Support the development and execution of multi-year technology demand plans, tracking hardware asset deployments, software license needs, and services consumption.
  • Manage the technology demand pipeline including intake, tracking, and reporting of requests for hardware, software, and vendor services.
  • Partner with technology, finance, and procurement stakeholders to translate demand requirements into actionable plans aligned to budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards providing visibility into demand trends, budget utilization, and portfolio health.
  • Maintain asset inventory baselines and support technology refresh and organic growth planning.
  • Coordinate with procurement, vendor management, and finance teams to align demand forecasts with available supply and approved budgets.
  • Assist with purchase order creation, maintenance renewal tracking, and vendor coordination for hardware and software acquisitions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the demand management function.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, or HAM modules for demand or asset tracking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Familiarity with technology budget processes, purchase orders, and maintenance renewals.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders.

Exposure to ITIL or IT asset lifecycle management concepts.

The estimated salary range for this positionis $94,400.00 to $ 146,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
