Momentum is searching for an experienced Search Engine Advertising (PPC) Manager to join our fully remote marketing team to manage our portfolio of customer campaigns.
This roles is responsible for research, strategy, setup, implementation, management, reporting, and ongoing optimization of primarily Google Ads Search Campaigns. An ideal candidate will have hands on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

What to Expect When Applying:
- Our HR Manager will review applications.
- Applicants will go through a short phone screening process to gather more information
- Candidates still in the running for the position will then be required to take a 10 minute skills assessment.
- Upon passing the skill evaluation, potential hires will have a formal interview via video call with the HR Manager and another member of the Marketing Department.
- Top Candidates will then have one final interview with the companies executitve team before an offer is made. References may be requested at this time.
- All applicants given an offer letter will be subject to a standard background check. We also complete an i-9 check for elligablity to work within the United States and complete a W-2 check in case of multi-employment situations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day search advertising activities including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
- Develop near and long-term PPC roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion and margins.
- Perform campaign setups including research and implementation of campaign strategies.
- Perform keyword research, review and editing of creative copy, review and analysis of website performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns.
- Grow and optimize campaigns through testing (A/B) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.
- Meet with customers along side the primary account manager to provide regularly report on campaign performance.
- Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the team.
- Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing and related fields.
- Participate in new business pitches, develop new business, and identify organic growth opportunities.
- Work with internal creative and design resources to produce campaign assets.
- Work with internal and external resources to produce copy for campaigns.
- Analyze Google Analytics and related campaign performance tools.
Requirements:
- 3+ years Google Ads experience
- The ideal candidate will have worked in an agency setting before
- Google Ads Search Certification (Required)
- WordPress experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of web design especially landing pages
- Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from analytics data
- An organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Adaptable, flexible, independent, self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, tailor campaigns & competitive analysis, and trending tools
- Experience setting up and maintaining alternative ad campaigns like Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn ads is a bonus
