Service Coordinator - Louisville KY

Job Summary: As a Service Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our operations, managing the seamless flow of tools for repair, interacting with customers, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include handling shipping and receiving tasks, providing quotes to customers, and serving as a central point of contact for inquiries and support.

Responsibilities:

· Efficiently manage the daily shipping and receiving of repaired tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Maintain an organized inventory of shipping supplies to support operational needs.

· Exercise sound judgment in making independent decisions while adhering to company policies and procedures.

· Resolve administrative issues and address inquiries promptly and effectively.

· Oversee the complete life cycle of customer products sent in for repair, including providing quotes and processing orders.

· Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, vendors, and Sales Engineers, fostering positive relationships.

· Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

· Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating a willingness to assist and contribute.

· Perform any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

· Experience with ERP software, preferably NetSuite or Acumatica, is preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

· Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Outstanding organizational abilities with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
