Kitchen Manager

Seeking a talented, responsible, result-oriented Kitchen Manager with exceptional culinary and management skills to work with our Executive Chef & General Manager to provide superior cuisine to our guests prepared by a team of well-trained kitchen professionals.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food preparation, inventory and labor control, hiring, training, and overall leadership of the back of the house staff.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every dish is prepared consistently, in a timely manner, and meet our high level of expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
