Customer Service Representative (B2B)
Customer Service Representative Job Overview: The B2B Customer Service Representative will work onsite and become a "Customer Delivery Specialist" serving as the essential resource for customers. You will work in a fast paced environment, where one day is never the same as the last. You will provide key support to the sales staff by resolving customer inquiries and problems, processing customer requests for products and preparing price quotes and proactively generating additional sales to customers.
Customer Service Representative Hours : 8am-5pm M-F (Onsite Champlin, MN)
Customer Service Representative Pay: $22-25/hour

Customer Service Representative (B2B)
Customer Service Representative Key Duties:
- Serve as the essential resource/partner for customers, meeting and exceeding their expectations
- Support the sales staff by resolving customer inquiries and problems, processing customer requests for products and preparing price quotes and proactively generating additional sales to customers.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding unit prices, inventory levels, availability, freight/shipping costs and delivery time
- Process customer orders, changes, and/or returns per established department policies and procedures.
- Help create the customer experience by building and maintaining friendly and professional customer relationships.
- Compute price, discounts, shipping costs, and sales margins.
- Investigate and resolves routine requests and customer complaints such as product quality and missing or delayed shipments.
Customer Service Representative Key Requirements:
- 3 years Administrative experience minimum, preferably B2B customer service. Familiar with an ERP system a plus
- High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor Degree a plus
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Ability to work in a team environment, can manage multiple and changing priorities
- Skilled at customer interaction over the phone and email
- Results driven; detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Order fulfillment/inventory management experience
