As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented HR Coordinator specializing in Talent Retention and Culture Ambassador to join our team.

Position Overview:As the HR Coordinator - Talent and Culture, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department. From administrative HR support to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. You will collaborate closely with HR to ensure the seamless execution of HR programs and processes that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, PAS Scheduling Calendar/PTO, HRIS data entry, and organizational charts.
Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance tracking, leave management, and process or corrective actions.
Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making processes.

Talent Acquisition:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference and background checks.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork.

Employee Engagement and Culture:
Collaborate with HR to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Work with HR leaders to create and deliver DEI training.  
Assist in organizing company events and activities that promote a positive and inclusive culture.
Monitor employee morale and satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
*We prefer a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, but will consider the right experience.
*Proven experience in HR or similar role, with a focus on talent acquisition and culture initiatives.
*Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
*Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
*Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or HRIS systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
*HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
*Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
*Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles and practices.
