AllTerra Central is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Supply Coordinator to support our warehouse and supply operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, organization, and exceptional customer service. The Supply Coordinator will work closely with the Regional Supply Manager to ensure efficient inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and timely delivery of customer orders.

Position Summary

The Supply Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory control, quality assurance, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving activities, and customer deliveries as needed. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring warehouse organization, and providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

Essential Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials.

Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes.

Prepare, stage, and verify customer orders for delivery or shipment.

Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels.

Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe operating conditions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Deliver customer orders to job sites and customer locations as needed.

Assist with inventory management and quality control initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve shipping and inventory issues.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce errors.

Support continuous improvement efforts within the Supply Department.


Requirements

Required

High school diploma or GED.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred

Associate degree.

Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience.

Basic computer skills, including email and data entry.

Delivery driving and customer service experience.

Familiarity with local and surrounding cities and routes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work overtime or outside normal business hours when needed.
