Position: Supply Chain Analyst

Compensation: $28 - $32/hour, depending on experience

Location: Denver, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great energy company to help find a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join their team!

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support Denver's dynamic Supply Chain department. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key. The role is open due to the need for immediate support in processing invoices, coordinating logistics, and maintaining equipment records. Join a team that values efficiency, organization, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Process and verify department invoices for timely payment
  • Request quotes and write purchase orders
  • Update and maintain equipment records
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports
  • Coordinate freight logistics
  • Conduct annual physical yard counts and reconciliation
  • Support material transfers and MJEs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Professional communication skills
