Description ;

Execute activities related to supply chain functions and ensure that daily targets are met and quality is maintained as per SLA/KPI/Operations metrics. Key Activities: 1. Monitor assigned parts (active/inactive/overdue).
2. Review and release assigned part order requisitions, utilizing Client SAP System.
3. Address the review and release of part order requisitions of a complex nature and provide guidance and direction to team members.
4. Take corrective actions and post order status in Client internal system. 5. Review part requirements / commits and monitor part delivery schedule.
6. Monitor inventory levels. 7. Monitor and report the storage of parts (placed into inventory system).
8. Update Supply Chain Manager Reports (Back Order Report, Critical Part Reports, etc).
9. Maintain communication.
The Entry level Supply Chain Buyer will work directly with the client and its suppliers to procure parts for clients manufacturing process and will be responsible for the Requisition to PO (Purchase Order) placement and track deliveries of parts to client's warehouse.
Entry level Supply Chain Buyer will communicate with the internal management to assists in the development, clarification and definition of end-user requirements;
assists clients to define the processes applicable to the category of services being procured. This role will also be responsible for processing daily transactions and administrative functions to complete client/internal management deliverables within our service level agreements.
Key responsibilities:
Executes activities related to supply chain functions and ensures that daily targets are met and quality is maintained as per service level agreements/operations metrics Receive and validates incoming requisitions for order placement.
