Weโ€™re looking for an Entry-Level Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop a strong foundation in supply chain, logistics, customs, and international trade.


With more than 75 years of experience in the supply chain industry, we help businesses efficiently manage the movement of goods throughout the U.S. and around the world. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and receive the training and support needed to learn the industry and grow within the company.


What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help coordinate the movement of goods while working with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams. You'll gain exposure to several areas of supply chain and international trade, including:

  • Coordinate and track shipments from origin through delivery
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments
  • Enter and maintain accurate shipment and customer information
  • Review shipping, customs, and import/export documentation
  • Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or issues
  • Assist with customs and international trade processes
  • Research and help resolve shipment and order-related issues
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets, reports, and records
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational activities
  • Learn company systems, procedures, and industry regulations


What We're Looking For:

No previous supply chain experience is required. Training will be provided.

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous relevant experience is a plus
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Dependable and able to follow through on assignments
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Excel
