Job description

Supply Chain Assistant 

Location: Huntley, IL 

Pay: $23.00- $26.00 


We design and manufacture high-end outdoor furniture built for design, durability, and everyday use, and none of it gets to our customers without a strong supply chain behind it. 


We’re looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our team and help keep everything moving from order to delivery. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience or anyone who wants to start their career in supply chain.

What You’ll Do 

  • Support order and quote processing by accurately entering, routing, and tracking customer requests through sales and internal teams to ensure timely execution  
  • Oversee the status of quotes and orders throughout the lifecycle, following up proactively to resolve delays, discrepancies, or processing issues  
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication with engineering, accounting, quality, and sales to ensure project requirements and customer specifications are clearly documented and met  
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by updating customer records, monitoring data integrity, and ensuring consistent information flow across teams  
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking raw materials, warehouse supplies, shipments, and returns to support uninterrupted operations  
  • Process purchase orders and liaise with vendors to ensure timely procurement, while helping resolve supply or delivery issues as they arise 


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field  
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail  
  • Solid mathematical and analytical skills  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
