Our Life Sciences Supply Chain & Operations practice helps clients to transform their end-to-end supply chain to be patient centric and an enabler of growth. Join our rapidly growing MedTech Consulting team to drive value and reinvention for our clients.

What would you do?

Most of the team works on one or more projects at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on multiple priorities across client accounts. At a Consultant level, it could be

  • Supporting diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively in MedTech and supply chain leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching, and driving engagement

  • Leading sub workstreams working with Accenture teams

  • Bringing effective communications to manage level client relationships and deliver with excellence

  • Supporting sales origination and project delivery in Med Tech Supply Chain and Manufacturing

  • Supporting sales and delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in Med Tech and supply chain

  • Building and applying technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients

Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations.

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lfe Sciences management consulting or in industry in at least one of the following areas: supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or related areas such as CMOs, health technology companies, etc.

  • A Bachelor's degree

Bonus Points If:

  • Your Bachelor's degree has a major in science or supply chain or engineering

  • You have a deep understanding of medtech manufacturing and supply

  • You have experience working with and/or leading teams, clients and vendors using your exceptional team building, mentoring, people development and management skills

  • You have experience working with Life Sciences supply chain and manufacturing professionals applying excellent client-facing communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • You work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, and apply structure to your problem solving

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
