About this role: Greenlight Guru is looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and results-oriented relationship builder with the thirst to be in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. The Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) will be responsible for driving the overall growth and success of the Greenlight Guru Partner ecosystem as part of the Partner Team. You are a self-starter with high standards and attention to detail, and have an ability to prioritize and respond to the needs of the partner ecosystem.

The Senior PAM position spans a range of go-to-market initiatives including; recruiting and qualifying new partners, as well as managing assigned partner relationships. This role requires a "can-do" mentality with the desire to learn. Serving as an integral player in our partner organization, the Senior PAM reports to the Manager of Partnerships.

Your contributions and responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate and qualify new prospective partners, with an emphasis on Strategic Alliances and Technology Partners
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned partner relationships to build a revenue pipeline that exceeds sales goals as part of the Greenlight Guru Partner Program
  • Generate inbound leads with partners through proactive engagement and success activities
  • Maintain and nurture a lead pipeline and provide sales cycle support to Sales as needed
  • Ensure assigned partners are onboarded and maintain required training, by collaborating with Enablement and other cross-team functional areas
  • Establish annual and quarterly plans with assigned partners to meet stated business goals
  • Track, trend, and report on identified channel metrics as part of the Partner Program
Your ideal qualifications:
  • 8+ years experience in a partner management role, working with partner types including Reseller, OEM and Managed Services relationships
  • Demonstrable success in developing senior level relationships inside partner organizations, as well as key stakeholders that enable successful partnering
  • Track record of developing partner lead pipeline through business development and on-going engagement activities, to achieve assigned goals
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships while driving desired metrics
  • Passion for learning and solving problems to deliver solutions, with a positive outlook
  • Experience in MedTech, a plus
  • Demonstrable success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable success with time management and prioritization skills, managing multiple competing deadlines and objectives
  • Willing and able to work remotely and travel as required (approximately, 10%)

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. Actual base salary is determined by factors such as, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and equity.
