Job Description

We are an independent retail Medical Equipment dealer. We have 5 locations and growing! We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities one our locations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the store team to ensure an exceptional customer service experience for our patients
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Train and evaluate employees for personal customer service results
Maintaining and creating a professional retail medical experience
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Ordering and stocking the store at optimal levels utilizing software provided

Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service experience is mandatory
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
