Applications Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer applications, conducting welding, marking, cutting, etc., and prepare detailed reports with equipment recommendations.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal departments, adhering to ISO 9001 quality management standards.
• Travel to customer facilities for training, equipment installation, and process development.
• Deliver presentations on equipment use, application, and process fundamentals.
• Absorb technical knowledge and maintain familiarity with product line specifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong listening and note-taking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in customer communication, with a focus on satisfaction.
• Commercial and business acumen with knowledge of manufacturing and sales.
• Flexible and positive attitude toward a dynamic workload and shifting priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Education & Experience:

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Technical College Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
